Wilma Maxine Crompton, 80, of Sykesville, died Friday, Feb. 26, 2010 at Golden Living Center in Westminster. Born Dec. 13, 1929 in Oklahoma, she was the daughter of the late Opal Head and Leroy Head. She was the wife of the late Walter A. Crompton who died in February 1997.
Survived by brothers Bobby Head of Texas, Verlon Head of Ohio, Kenneth Head of Texas, and sister Betty Webster of Texas. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at the Fletcher Funeral Home, 254 E. Main St., Westminster on Monday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 P.M.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, March 11 at 10 A.M. with Rev. Martha Clementson of Grace Lutheran Church officiating.
Interment in Garrison Forest Veteran's Cemetery.
