Marion Ethel Shank, 86, of Mt. Airy, died Saturday, October 24, 2009 at Golden Living Center in Westminster. Born December 27, 1922 in Mayberry she was the daughter of the late Matilda Bowman Hymiller and Paul Thomas Hymiller. She was married to the late Jack Shank.
She was a member of Taneytown Baptist Church and enjoyed crafts.
Survived by sons Kevin Shank and John Shank, both of Mt. Airy and grandson Richard Shank of Taneytown.
The family will receive friends at the Fletcher Funeral Home, 254 E. Main St., Westminster on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2 P.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Gary Buchman of Taneytown Baptist Church officiating. Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery in Mt. Airy.
