Phyllis Ann Welsh, 76, of Union Bridge died Friday, November 6, 2009 at Howard County General Hospital. Born Aug. 21, 1933 in Sharon, Pa. she was the daughter of the late Donald E. and Isabel Wilson Zahniser.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009 at 1 P.M. at Lake View Memorial Park.
